Payment in full is necessary before any animal will be shipped. We accept the following methods of payment: Money orders and PayPal. We also accept Visa, Master Card and Discover Card via PayPal as well. We can also take a personal or cashiers check as long as you are willing to wait until it clears the bank. Please email WCC for mailing address if paying by check or money order.
- Payment Plans :
In some cases payments plans can be arranged made on a "first come first serve" basis. These will be at our discretion and need to be arranged before any money is sent. Payment in full is necessary before any animal will be shipped. To secure the animal for you, we must receive a non-refundable 20% deposit on the price of the animal. This deposit ensures your purchase and your commitment to purchase the animal, and includes all feeding and care for the animal prior to shipment. If the final payment is not made by the date agreed upon, we reserve the right to return the animal back to “available” or “for sale” status.

- Animals will only be shipped as weather permits and temps are above 40F and below 90F. Anything lower or higher than the above stated temps could potentially harm the animal. WCC prefers to ship Monday through Wednesday to ensure that the package will not sit at a hub over the weekend should a problem arise. Someone must be present to accept the shipment. If YOU personally cannot be available to receive the animal, arrangements must be made prior to shipping to have a friend or family member available. If there is a problem with an animal that you have received, please contact WCC by phone within 24 hours of receipt.
- Cost :
All prices include shipping & handling via UPS or Fed Ex, all being done so using Next Day Air to your door. Some animals will be shipped via Delta, and these arrangements will be made prior to the payment for the animal.
- Guarantee :
All animals are guaranteed to be healthy, feeding and properly sexed. Live arrival is guaranteed. Our animals are backed with a 10 day guarantee from the time of receipt. If you are not 100% satisfied, please notify WCC by phone within 24hrs of receiving your shipment. All packages must be signed for by the customer or person arranged to receive the animal prior to shipment or the guarantee is void and no longer valid.
